Privacy Policy for "masaru-auto"

Last updated: 2026-11-03

"masaru-auto" is a private listing and order-management tool operated by a single eBay seller (eBay user ID "masaan38") for the seller's own eBay account only. It is not offered to other eBay users.

Information we access

When the seller grants permission through eBay, the tool may access the seller's own eBay order, listing and fulfillment information through the eBay APIs, within the permissions (scopes) the seller approves.

How we use it

• To manage the seller's own listings, orders, shipping records and customer-service drafts.
• Buyer information contained in orders is used only to fulfil and support those orders.

Storage and security

• Data and credentials are stored on the seller's own computer. Access credentials are stored encrypted.
• We do not sell, rent or share eBay data with third parties, except a shipping agent acting on the seller's instructions to deliver an order, limited to the information needed for delivery.
• This website itself does not store the authorization data shown in the browser address bar.

Retention and deletion

Order data is kept only as long as needed for fulfilment, returns, accounting and legal obligations. The seller can revoke this tool's access at any time from eBay account settings. If eBay notifies that an eBay account has been deleted, related data held by the tool is deleted.
